Lovely double room in Balham - available for sublet from 26 October I’m heading off travelling and subletting my room for around three months, with some flexibility on duration. The house is on a lovely, quiet road in the heart of Balham. You’ll be sharing with four sociable girls aged 27–28, all working, good mates and a joy to live with! Ideally, we’re looking for another girl aged 26–30 who’s friendly, tidy and keen to make the house feel like home while she’s here.
