The apartment overall has 3 bedrooms (one is used as the office) and 2 full bathrooms, plus large living room/kitchen. It also has a fully furnished outdoor second-story private back patio, which is accessed through the other bedroom but is equally your space too (at non-sleeping hours). Address is 689 Lorimer Street, 4 short blocks to the Lorimer L-Train+G-Train station. The other bedroom is occupied by a couple, two mid-30s professionals. Bedroom has a full-size bed and shelves, has huge sun-facing windows, gets lots of direct sunlight til late afternoon, has its own full private bathroom with a shower and window, and has, right next to it, the apartment’s 3rd bedroom, which is used as an office with room for two desks, a bookshelf, and light storage, etc. Office/3rd bedroom can also be used as a guest room for 1 visiting guest, with space for a twin mattress without moving the desks. Large living room with no separation from kitchen, and the kitchen is really excellent, brand new 5-burner gas stove top, nice oven and microwave, granite countertop for prep work. Apartment has good AC and heating, seems new and well-built, no issues so far after 2 years living here. Real appeal is the location, in the heart of Williamsburg and just a few blocks south of Greenpoint, two blocks to McCarren park, 5 min walk to the L train and G train, cool area, easy to get anywhere. There's a couple laundromats within four blocks. Street parking is really easy if you have a car.
