There is a friendly and cute cat in the house. You would have a private bathroom and private bedroom. The kitcken includes dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, microwave and loads of storage :) It also has IN UNIT laundry Utilies are not included Its a 5 minute walk to the C line, 8 minute walk to the J line and 15 minute walk to the L, A and Z lines, so you would be super well connected!! You can get to Midtown Manhattan in about 45 minutes and to Downtown Brooklyn in 25. The area is chill, and there is a big Fine Fare (supermarket) right next to the building. They sell a lot of latin products and also have a buffet every single day!! My roommate is very nice and chill and during weekdays she usually works/studies the whole day! The building will also have a gym, pool, karaoke room, sauna, study rooms, and a movie theater that you can have access to with an additional fee (however, this is optional, so you can see the building and see if you would like to have that access, and we can arrange it with the landlord).
