SUBLET (JAN-MAY) 5 minutes from McGill, 2 mins from St Laurent. The house is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom and 2 kitchen living arrangement, where this exact private room is the largest and most secluded. **Both myself and one of my other roommates will be in Europe for this semester, so if it is your wish to rent two of the rooms (maybe with a friend who is also going to McGill, that is totally possible!) It is a 5 minute walk from the heart of McGill's campus, surrounded by other students with a great atmosphere for those visiting the city and looking to get involved in the McGill community. It is home to 4 other welcoming roommates who are students a the university who enjoy a great work life balance. If you enjoy a club or a nice drink, we are just 2 minutes away from one of the best nightlife scenes in Montréal, Rue St. Laurent. The House also is on the doorstep ( 1 minute walk) of Parc Avenue Mall, which includes a cinema, supermarket, dollar-store, post-office, restaurants and of course the underground passages, used mostly during the winter making it very convenient. I know the remaining roommates staying in Montreal are looking forward to meeting you guys and they are clean, respectful but also a lot of fun! ***Also, if you wish to continue renting over the summer, the sub-lease can be extended until the end of August. La maison compte 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain et 2 cuisines ; la chambre proposée ici est la plus grande et la plus isolée. **Un autre colocataire et moi-même serons en Europe ce semestre ; il est donc tout à fait possible de louer deux chambres (par exemple, avec un ami étudiant à McGill).** La maison se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du cœur du campus de McGill, dans un quartier étudiant offrant une excellente ambiance pour ceux qui découvrent la ville et souhaitent s'impliquer dans la communauté universitaire. Vous partagerez les lieux avec 4 autres colocataires accueillants, tous étudiants, qui savent concilier études et vie sociale. Si vous aimez sortir en boîte ou prendre un verre, nous sommes à seulement 2 minutes de l'un des hauts lieux de la vie nocturne montréalaise : le boulevard Saint-Laurent. La maison est également située aux portes (à 1 minute de marche) du centre commercial Parc Avenue, qui comprend un cinéma, un supermarché, un magasin à bas prix, un bureau de poste, des restaurants et, bien sûr, les passages souterrains — très pratiques, surtout en hiver. Les colocataires qui restent à Montréal ont hâte de vous rencontrer ; ce sont des personnes propres et respectueuses, mais aussi très sympathiques et amusantes ! ***Par ailleurs, si vous souhaitez prolonger la location durant l'été, la sous-location peut être étendue jusqu'à la fin du mois d'août.
