Summer is coming again, and I’m subletting my spacious 1B living room bedroom in New Jersey! Southwest-facing with great natural light, fully equipped, and super convenient transportation. **Dates:** Oct.13 - Oct.27 **Address:** Grove Pointe, Grove St, NJ **Roommate:** Female roommate, very quiet with a regular schedule. **Room:** Spacious living room bedroom with an open-top cabinet divider and double-layer curtains, so privacy is good. Bedding is recommended to bring yourself, but I can also provide it if needed. A single lounge chair, projector, clothes rack, and other items are available for use. **Shared Space:** The kitchen and bathroom are shared and will be kept clean and tidy. I will clean everything before I leave. Kitchenware, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and other appliances are available for use. **Location:** 1-minute walk downstairs to the PATH station, supermarket, McDonald’s, Shake Shack, Starbucks, and a street full of restaurants and bars. About 7 minutes’ walk to Whole Foods and ShopRite. Only 2 PATH stops to Manhattan, very convenient for commuting. **Building Amenities:** Free gym, yoga room, and outdoor swimming pool in the building. I also have some fitness equipment you can use.
