Hi, I'm your host Renee. Working for Hilton Grand Vacations for so many years, gave me the best training in the hotel/resorts hospitality industry. l'm a true believer in excellent customer service & quality products. And I also believe If the accommodations you stay in on vacation are not on par or better than your home, why bother to even go?
