UWS Room Available Nov 1 • In-Unit Laundry + Dishwasher hi everyone! i’m moving sooner than planned, so my sweet room on the UWS near Columbia is available november 1 through april 15, with potential to renew. 2 bed / 1 bath with just one roommate in-unit washer/dryer + dishwasher third-floor walk-up the entire hallway closet would be yours—there isn’t a closet inside the room you’d be living with my lovely roommate hannah! she’s 25, just moved back from the UK, and works in fashion, in office 4 days/week. i’ve really enjoyed living with her and would love to find someone who’s a good fit :) the shared spaces are furnished and stocked with everything you need, including bathroom accessories and a kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, and more! the room has a window but gets limited natural light. i’d ideally like to arrange a furniture buyout for some of my things—bed frame, box spring, mattress, digital piano, bookcases, and AC—but we can discuss based on what you’d like to keep :) hoping to find a great fit soon, so please message me if the timing and budget work for you! send a little about yourself and your ideal move-in date, and we can arrange a time to see the apartment and meet hannah
