2 beds • 1 bath • 1 roommate
The space is quite large, sunny, and quiet. Located on the parlor floor of an historic brownstone, there are lots of beautiful details including the original wood mantel (with a replica fire in the fireplace that creates nice light in the space). The full kitchen has all the cooking essentials, and the bathroom is spacious. Host teaches art full time at a Montessori school.

Hi, I'm Nils. I'm a sculptor and educator. Raised in Virginia and Baltimore, I later moved to NYC to study art at The Cooper Union. When I'm not in the studio, I teach art at a Montessori school on the Upper East Side.
