The apt has a sunny balcony, hardwood floors, A/C, high-speed internet, wifi, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the basement. The bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, shelves, desk, and chair. Quiet tree-lined block near hospitals, parks, shops, restaurants, Industry City, transport (R and N train at 45th St., D express at 36th St., B 63 bus.) We are an easy-going, liberal couple working primarily in the non-profit sector. Our interests include reading, philosophy, spirituality, film, music, art, travel, nature, walking, and yoga. We are seasoned roommates and keep our home clean and tidy; we only ask that you do the same. We like to keep a quiet living space and value our privacy, but we are also happy to share the occasional drink/chat.
