Hi! Subletting at my 2 bedroom sweet, calm apartment in NoLita!! Spring and Mott, right in the center of the city, shopping, best restaurants and a 5ish min walk to the 6, N, R, B, D, F, M, J trains! Super safe, fun neighborhood. DATES! SEPT 20-Oct 4 OCT 16-NOV 1 NOV 4-9 NOV 23-28 DEC 23-JAN 3 *Can be a little flexible on either end of each window A little more about me and the space: 2 bedrooms, walk up with laundromat right across the street. My place is very clean, homey and I really prioritize a peaceful and healthy living environment (nice water filters, non tox cleaning supplies and mattresses, cotton linens etc). I have done quite a bit of subletting and had such a great time meeting people while doing it! At this point I am kind of a professional roommate lol and have had mostly 5 star reviews on Airbnb when I used to use that for renting. I am a Pilates/Yoga teacher, pretty easy going and happy to meet new people but also respectful of privacy and treat home as a place to relax and recharge.
