It is also super convenient if you need to get into Manhattan as its inbetween both the M (Knickerbocker Subway) and the L (Dekalb Subway) , takes 25mins from your doorstep to Union Square. There's also plenty of buses and citibike stations closeby for easy access to anywhere in NYC. I am so grateful to call this place my home and I want someone that will enjoy it as much as I do. This apartment is massive and you would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. The housemates are all in their early 30s and we are house trained, respectful and clean up after ourselves in all communal areas. The room comes furnished and the monthly sublease is inclusive of internet, water, electricity and heating.
