Studio Apartment Sublet in Harlem | November 1 – End of May I’m looking for someone to sublet my studio apartment in Harlem from October 1 through the end of May. It’s a bright, comfortable studio in a newer, well-maintained building with large windows, a full kitchen, good storage, and plenty of amenities. The building has a gym, laundry room, bike storage, game room/recreation space, and a rooftop that’s great to have, especially in the warmer months. The location is also super convenient, the A, B, C, and D trains are right nearby, with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other neighborhood spots within walking distance. The apartment will come with a bed, and I’m happy to negotiate additional furniture if needed depending on what you’re looking for. Please note: The subtenant will need to submit an application through the building and be approved by the landlord/management before moving in. I’ll be happy to help with the process and provide whatever is needed on my end.
