I’m looking for a female subletter for my apartment near Columbia for the spring semester! Price is , which is an overall number including utilities (WiFi, electricity, water, heat, etc). I’m flexible on timing for move in/out. My apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms (my roommate is a Columbia senior and will be living in one), one bathroom, a kitchen, and big living room w/ lots of natural light. We have a laundry room downstairs. Neighbors are quiet and chill, mostly families and other students. The building includes an elevator and laundry, and WiFi, heat, and electricity are already set up for you. The 1 train at Cathedral Pkwy (110 St) is also about a 5 minute walk.
