In unit laundry, a new ultra quiet AC unit, a piano, very chill and respectful roommates (past sublets have become good friends with them!), and your own private bathroom attached to the room. The room itself is also huge, twice as big as the other rooms. I have a standing desk and a Herman Miller ergonomic chair Location wise it’s a 1-2 minute walk from the subway and supermarket, 3 minutes from central park (the best part of central park is the northern part!). It’s also 10 minutes away from a great jazz club. There is also a gym! And for some reason I have two pianos. We also have one very nice and cute cat named Lay NOTE: Utilities are extra
