Short-term guest room — Chelsea / Hudson Yards (Women Only) Available for the full period or part of it. I’m renting out the guest room in my Chelsea apartment, just steps from Hudson Yards, for a short-term stay. The apartment is shared with me, and I’m looking to rent the room to a solo woman traveler. Stays can be for any portion of those dates — you don’t need to rent the entire period. The building is modern, with 24-hour service (concierge and front desk security), a 24-hour gym, and a rooftop with a barbecue. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The room is bright, quiet and fully furnished, with a large desk and external monitor, a double bed, and a closet. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood offers a Whole Foods, plenty of cafés and art galleries, and a large park along the Hudson River—great for jogging or walking. The High Line and Hudson Yards shopping center are also just around the corner. The 7 train (34th St–Hudson Yards) is about a 10-minute walk away.
