Hello! I'm subletting my room for the last two weeks of December and first two of January. Location : Bushwick, BK Subway : Gates (J) / Myrtle-Wyckoff (L) The room is in a 4 bedroom apt, with 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living space. We are located on the 3rd floor. There is air conditioning. Laundry is in the building in front. The room is very quiet, it gives on to a garden. There is a double bed, closet space, shelves. It will be cleared and cleaned. None of my personal belongings will be here, except for tables/lamps/beds/sheets. It will be fully your space. All of us are artists, looking for a place to restore and recharge when at home.
