Sometimes our listings are not available to book although they show "available" in the calendar because many of our current guests extend monthly. Currently, we can only accept booking requests with a check-in date within 30 days from today. Our initial pricing reflects an introductory rate to support your move in period. The rates may be gradually adjusted as we hold availability for your extensions, or due to seasonality and inflation, toward a more stable long-term rate. If you value continuity and flexibility as your plans evolve, this will likely be a great fit. Guest access There is a shared kitchen with kitchenware and a shared living area for all housemates. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is provided. We do our best to keep the spaces clean and organized, and our staff visits once a week to clean and take out the garbage. During your stay This apartment is a shared space, I do not live here (just within the area) and would take pleasure in helping your stay be as awesome as possible! I enjoy hosting people from all over the world and have been doing this for years. I am always available for questions and recommendations. I'll be sure to check you in and help you get settled. Please book the entire period in the beginning if you want to fix the rate for the entire stay. *Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom. *Valuables can be stored in the closet with a lock. *No towel provided. *Please note that the building is a walk-up with no elevator. Guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage, as our staff is unable to assist with transporting bags. *The monthly rent already includes the New York City Hotel Room Occupancy Tax, which we remit to the NYC Department of Finance.
