Looking for roommates to re-sign a lease on a beautiful, big, and comfortable 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of SoHo. The unit is located on the second floor (one flight of stairs) and features two bathrooms. The location is ideal, and the current residents are looking to stay in this lovely spot they have occupied for a year. The lease is for 12 months, though temporary sublets may be considered. Ideally looking for roommates in their late 20s who enjoy being social and active.
