High ceilings, tons of natural light, and incredible water views from the living room! The Building Full-service luxury building with a 24-hour doorman/concierge, gym, laundry, and an incredible rooftop with breathtaking 360-degree views of the city and waterfront. The Roommates Two friendly, easygoing professionals (both 34), one male and one female. You’ll share a bathroom with the female roommate. My dog Lola also lives here part-time. She’s sweet, gentle, quiet, and doesn’t shed. I’d say she’s very easy to live with, but I might be biased! Happy to arrange a meet-and-greet if you have concerns (I wasn’t a dog person either lol). Lola has plenty of people who love having her around, so I’m flexible with her living arrangements if you’d prefer she spend less time here. The Location Corner of Horatio & Washington, steps from the Hudson River waterfront, Gansevoort Peninsula, Little Island, the Whitney, and Chelsea Market. Citi Bike station right outside the building. The Details Prioritizing someone who can stay through 12/31, but open to shorter stays. Furniture can be removed if you’d prefer to bring your own, provided you stay through 12/31.
