Looking for a female roommate to join a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in an elevator building. The unit features in-unit laundry and a dishwasher, with access to a rooftop. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. You will be sharing the space with three women in their mid-to-late twenties and three pets (two parrots and a cat). The location is an 8-minute walk to the Q train and an 11-minute walk to the 4/5/6 trains, with plenty of grocery stores, gyms, and coffee shops nearby.
