The room for rent is single occupancy (no couples) and has a queen bed, two closets, a storage loft and a lot of sun light. The living area is spacious, furnished and has a full kitchen. The subway is a good 15 min walk, but Citibike and busses are on the corner and it is a quick five minute ride to the G or the 7 in opposite directions. If you have a car it is ideally central and no alt side parking in the whole neighborhood. The neighborhood is called Blissville and it is at the cross section of LIC, Greenpoint and Woodside.
