Private room for rent Room in Greenpoint *2 min walk to the Nassau G, 10-15 minute walk to the L *30 min commute to Midtown *December 1 - December 15 move-in *No pets due to allergies Hi all! I have a room in my beautiful, cozy Greenpoint apartment opening up in December. It’s a three bed, one bath apartment with a dishwasher, split between two people (me + you!). The third room is a spare room with overhead storage for off season clothes/luggae/whatever fits that we use as another living space and a guest room. The building and apartment are well maintained. The landlord’s parents live in the building and is always very quick to respond if anything comes up. I’ve lived here for the past 2.5 years and am looking to share the space with someone who also wants to make a house a home! Most of the time the apartment is a sanctuary from the chaos of the city, but love to friends over for dinners, parties or house shows! I currently work as a consultant and go into the office ~2 times a week and work from home the rest. Outside of work, love exploring the NYC live music scene, knitting, baking and strolling through McGolrick park.
