Our Apartment is perfectly located 1 block away from Central Park and located next to the B and C trains making it easy for commuting in the city. There are plenty of choices for eating, shopping, bars and stores less than 1 block away. 15 minutes to Lincoln Center, Hell's Kitchen , Times Square! Make sure to check out my guidebook for some great recommendations! This is a beautiful 2 bedroom converted apartment, cute and cozy. Isabel is your host and is a creative entrepreneur in the sustainability realm which is whom you will be sharing the space with! There is a curtain that divides the space where Isabel may sleep and where the guests sleep. She may also sleep in the kitchen that has been converted into a tiny kitchen. Isabel is mostly working and will give you privacy. Isabel also speaks Spanish and a little bit of French =) Please also be aware that I also host other AIRBNB Guests in the house as well so you will either share the space with Isabel or with another Airbnb Guest! Here is information for when you arrive! We will be in communication before your arrival and will send you an email with the information and instructions on picking up you keys. ● Very IMPORTANT: You MUST lock the door when entering and leaving the door, Per Airbnb, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the premise. ● All guests must take their shoes off before entering the apartment! ● All guests must wash their hands to protect yourself and others from COVID and there is hand sanitizer available to all guests to use for free! ● SHARED SPACE::::: The guests will sleep on a modern Murphy Wall Bed which holds a Twin size bed which does sleep one to two people at a time. The dimensions of the twin size bed is 81 inches long by 42 inches wide. There is no closet however I have provided one black bookshelf where you can put your things. You are more than welcome to use the top of the WallBed to store your items. You also have your own black mini refrigerator for you to use! Please note that this is a shared space and that you have to walk through this space to get the kitchen and/or bathroom. Please note there are other guests in the space so please be respectful. Please take calls outside of the building if it is after 9:00pm. ● BATHROOM::::: I have left the bottom shelf of the bamboo cabinet in the bathroom for you to use and place your items on! I hire a cleaning service to clean all of my apartment in between all of my guests which is once a week. ● Kitchen ::::::::: You are welcome to use the cups to drink out of and use the water filter as well. I ask that you do not cook anything in the kitchen please unless you are staying over a week then we will need to discuss prior to your booking. Please note the kitchen is closed between 9:00pm to 8:00am. I do not believe in microwaves but you can use the oven Less radiation we get from microwaves the better! =) ● Very IMPORTANT: You MUST lock the door when entering and leaving the door, Per Airbnb, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the premise. KITCHEN:::: You are welcome to use the cups to drink out of and use the water filter as well. I ask that you do not cook anything in the kitchen please unless you are staying over a BEDROOM:::: Guests will have access to use the black bookshelf the small and the white shelf on top of the bed! Remember this is a shared space and to go to the bathroom or the kitchen we will all walk through this space. Laundry:::::: You have access to do your laundry if you need too and I will provide laundry detergent along with a laundry card. There is a $20 replacement fee if you lose the laundry card. The laundry is in the Basement of the building and you will need to fill up the card using cash or credit card. If you have questions I am more than happy to show you how to do that. BATHROOM::: I will provide the bottom shelf for all guests to use to put their items on. I provide you with towels to use. If there is something you are missing, please don't hesitate to ask me and I will help whether you ran out of toothpaste or forgot shampoo! =) I also have a hair dryer if any of the guests may need to use it. There is a $50 replacement fee if the hair dryer is broken/damaged. ● Very IMPORTANT: You MUST lock the door when entering and leaving the door, Per Airbnb, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the premise.
