The space This is a shared apartment intended for longer-term residents who value stability and a respectful living environment. Many of our guests start with an initial stay of a few months and extend once they feel settled. To maintain a stable and comfortable living environment, priority is given to guests who plan to stay longer term. If your plans are fixed to exactly one month with no flexibility, this may not be the best fit even if dates appear available. Availability & pricing: We appreciate your inquiry for availability prior to your booking request. Sometimes our listings are not available to book although they show "available" in the calendar because many of our current guests extend monthly. Currently, we can only accept booking requests with a check-in date within 30 days from today. (e.g. We can start accepting a booking for Nov 1st check-in from Oct 2nd) Our initial pricing reflects an introductory rate to support your move in period. The rates may be gradually adjusted as we hold availability for your extensions, or due to seasonality and inflation, toward a more stable long-term rate. If you value continuity and flexibility as your plans evolve, this will likely be a great fit. Guest access There is a shared kitchen with kitchenware and a shared living area for all housemates. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is provided. We do our best to keep the spaces clean and organized, and our staff visits once a week to clean and take out the garbage. During your stay This apartment is a shared space, I do not live here (just within the area) and would take pleasure in helping your stay be as awesome as possible! I enjoy hosting people from all over the world and have been doing this for years. I am always available for questions and recommendations. I'll be sure to check you in and help you get settled. Other things to note *All pictures shown are for illustration purposes. The actual room has the same or similar furniture as in the photos but it doesn't have plants and cushions. Those are placed for photo shooting and sample decoration purposes. *Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom. *Valuables can be stored in the closet with a lock. *No towel provided. *Please note that the building is a walk-up with no elevator. Guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage, as our staff is unable to assist with transporting bags. *The monthly rent already includes the New York City Hotel Room Occupancy Tax, which we remit to the NYC Department of Finance. The first photo is "lived in": it's representative of what the room could look like once you move in, and isn't meant to represent the belongings that will be in the room when you move in.

Hi there, and thank you for visiting our profile. We're Kaz and the CrossOver team, and we manage furnished monthly rentals and co-living homes across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. We have been hosting for over 15 years and are long-time Superhosts, and in that time we have welcomed more than 5,600 guests from 90 countries and earned over 1,900 reviews at a 4.78 average rating across 150+ rooms in NYC. What we do is simple: we give you a clean, fully furnished private room that is ready on day one, in a comfortable co-living home, at a fair, all-inclusive price. There is no complicated math and no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay, whether you stay one month or several. More than half of our guests choose to extend, so we always check in with current guests about extensions before we rebook a room. Your room comes ready to live in, with fast Wi-Fi, clean bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen, and our team cleans the shared kitchens and bathrooms every week so the common areas stay comfortable. For shared apartments, we introduce you to your future housemates before you book, so you always know who you will be living with. Above all, we prioritize your privacy. There are no required social events, just a quiet, secure, and respectful place to call home. And if you would like to meet people and grow your network, our team is always glad to help. We are a trust-centered team with deep experience, and we genuinely care about making your stay easy and comfortable.
