Hi Everyone! I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and friendly woman to sublet my apartment in Prospect Park South/Flatbush. It’s a one bedroom with tons of closet space. Preferably someone looking for a 6 month lease but am also flexible, immediate move in! The apartment is spacious and perfect for a single starting out in NYC or a recent college grad! There are no amenities, however, Cortelyou rd has some amazing cafes, restaurants, cute local bar, and 24hr laundromat! You’d also be off Flatbush Ave, which has a lot of chain restaurants/stores like chipotle, Taco Bell, Gap, Burlington etc. Plenty of groceries stores around as well. The apartment is fully set up and move-in ready. There are kitchen essentials, I’ll leave tools, first aid in the bathroom. I will keep the top closet for my belongings as I will be moving back. It’s about a 9 min walk to the Beverly Rd Q and about a 15 min walk to the Beverly 2/5. Super convenient if you work in midtown. Also, 15 min walk to Prospect Park! I’m 29 y/o working in architecture, but looking for different opportunities rn, which is why I’m subletting. I’m super chill and looking for the same, someone who will be able to take care of my apartment, basically, while I’m gone. I would prefer no pets, couples, or smokers and for my furniture to look the way I left it PLEASE don’t hate me, but I AI’d the images to remove the clutter I had from packing up my belongings, there was stuff everywhere haha.
