Newly renovated Bronx apartment sublet! Hi we are looking for a sublet to take the other room. You would have your own private bathroom and washer and dryer is in unit. You will not be on the lease but we will have a sublease agreement. No credit check but we will ask for 3 pay stubs. We are Mabel and Jon. We are a lovely LGBTQ couple. We have 3 cats. They are all very friendly. We love to cook and would love to cook for you sometimes. The apartment is brand new and you're only a 4 minute walk to the 2 and 5. This apartment is super amazing. If interested please DM me . You would need to pay the security deposit and first month by this Sunday. Move in would be immediate. It's a quick turnaround but it's worth it. I am an actor who also works in Clinical Research. And will have an audition set up in the living room at all times. Washer and dryer are in unit and groceries are 5 minutes away. This is in the south Bronx super close to Manhattan.
