The apartment is a 3bd, 2ba flexed apartment with a large modern kitchen with full-sized appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven/stove combo, and large kitchen sink). The kitchen has a lot of storage space and is fully stocked. Each of the three roommates has its own personal storage in the kitchen. There is a large entry closet that is dedicated to my room (flex). THE APARTMENT ALSO HAS AN IN UNIT WASHER & DRYER. My bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, a nightstand on either side of a queen-sized bed, bookshelf storage, dresser, and large desk (with a monitor for WFH). You are able to use my furniture as long as it's kept in good condition for the duration of the sublet.
