2 beds • 2 baths
Subletting a fully furnished 2B2B apartment at Journal Square Urby due to personal reasons. The apartment comes with almost everything you need for daily living, including in-unit washer and dryer, sofa, cabinets, dining table, work desks, two mattresses with bed frames, and more. Since we have lived here for less than half a year, most of the furniture is still almost new. I will make sure the apartment is fully cleaned before move-in. Building amenities include a pet-friendly environment, a rooftop dog park, BBQ area, and outdoor terrace where you can hang out with friends, grill, and watch movies. There is also a large gym on the second floor. Neighborhood: The area is very quiet with no nearby construction. The PATH station is right downstairs, and it takes around 20 minutes to get to NYU. There is an Asian supermarket right downstairs, and 99 Ranch Market is also nearby, which is super convenient if you like cooking. Long-term lease preferred. Two people preferred, but single tenants are also welcome. Please DM me if interested. Everything is negotiable.
