In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. This versatile sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. It has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with a comfortable double-sized bed. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space (heating/air conditioning unit availability may vary according to the season). For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV, including complimentary access to Netflix. Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
