Hi, I'm relocating outside the city so I am looking for someone to take over my lease till Sep 30th 2027. I am on a timeline so looking for someone to move-in before or on Nov. 1st. If you move in before you won't be charged for rent for October but would still need to sign the paperwork. Thanks!
