Fully furnished primary bedroom and common areas of a Stuytown 2-br on 14th Street between Ave B and Ave C. Very secure building with fantastic views. The primary bedroom has two closets. The kitchen includes a microwave, a dishwasher, and all kitchen essentials. The living room includes a Yamaha upright piano. The second bedroom is unavailable; it is being used as storage at the moment. There will not be a live-in roommate through March at least. (Beyond that I may spend a few nights there per month.) The apartment will be available December 1. Availability is open at this point—future bookings have not been accepted yet.
