Since I'm moving to a different state, I'm selling off most of the furniture currently in the apartment. PET POLICY It is agreed between the parties that the Tenant may keep, house or harbor a dog or any other animal in the apartment, in compliance with law, on condition that Tenant executes and delivers a "Pet Rider" and fully complies with the terms thereof, prior to bringing such pet into the Building.
