This large, well-lit bedroom in our single family Bed-stuy home is ideal for professionals and students. The room has great natural lighting. It’s the second largest room in the house after the master. Perfect for anyone who works from home and needs space for a work desk. It has a private closet as well as additional storage space in the living room closet. The room was also recently painted. It's the first room as you enter the house. It's an awesome space with lots of natural light. The house is a three story row house and we have access to the top two floors. The ground floor is a separate apartment. We have private access to the backyard, which is set up with an outdoor dining table and a fire pit. We all take part in keeping the common areas clean and smelling nice. It is a 420 friendly house, cigarettes have to go outside. The living room/kitchen, laundry and backyard are shared spaces. Utilities are included. Wifi is split between roommates. The neighborhood is amazing! We are a 5-7 minute walk to both the Myrtle/Willoughby and Bedford/Nostrand G trains! We have multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, and juice bars within a two block radius. The area is safe and well lit. About the roommates (1F, 2M) We are mostly international artists (filmmakers & fashion designer). Easy-going, quiet folks but don't mind some excitement in the house. We travel a lot and the house can be pretty empty at times.
