Convenient subway access, Whole Foods, shopping, and all that lower Manhattan has to offer. Drycleaners across the street. High-end luxury building, laundry on same floor, fob access to leisure room and fitness center. 24/7 doorman access. This is my personal residence. You’ll have ample closet space and full use of my kitchen, appliances (air fryer, blender, oven, gas stove). I have sets of guest bed linens and guest towels that are for your exclusive use. They will be left for you so you know they’re clean, mine will be stored away. You may launder them right across the hallway. I have a laundry card, you have to load it on the lobby floor, to the L of the deli entrance, next to the front desk or use the app which is free and easy to use. *FEES* please read: *This is a no-outdoor shoes home. Please wear your indoor shoes or none.* I appreciate your respect for my home. Cleaning products, dish soap, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided for your use. I have a brita water dispenser in the refrigerator. I will leave a hair dryer and flat iron here and can leave some toiletries for your arrival if desired. I have an Italian espresso machine that uses whole beans. Starbucks is nearby as well. Duane Reade is walking distance. Maintenance is available for any repairs via the app for residents only. Notify me of any issue and I’ll get that set up. The doormen will call the house phone to notify you for deliveries like Uber Eats, etc. and for the housekeeper. You have to leave a key at the desk with the name of the cleaner if you won’t be home. I will need to give your full name to the doorman, letting them know that you are my personal guest. You would be staying at my apartment as a guest, and you would need to provide ID so that they can confirm your identity. I will have a key here for you to access the apartment. Rules here are strictly enforced. Tenants here are all working professionals or families and are courteous. This is not a loud building, no parties are permitted.
