This is a conveniently located place in that it is minutes away from the subway and there are shops for everything you may need within walking distance. Sol was very responsive, and extremely helpful. The apartment is also quite clean and well organized.

Great location, clean, Sol was always very responsive.

Merci !

Sol and team were excellent hosts for my stay here. The apartment was exactly as advertised - fairly spacious studio with ample room and was perfect for a solo traveler moving to the city for work and needing a place to stay. The apartment could get slightly cold during colder months, but the provided space heater was enough to do the trick. Plenty of closet space and the bed was very comfortable. Minutes walk to the Q and the 6 line. I wanted to extend my stay for longer!

Try another place. Heat is controlled by the building, no personal thermostat. I was freezing the whole time. Heat only comes on once maybe twice a day. Don't come during the winter. Stovetop was broken, chairs were broken, hot water went out during my stay. The bathroom was moldy. The dishes put away in the cabinet were dirty. The kitchen counter and floor was dirty as well. I was told the toilet was just slow when I arrived but then it broke completely, when they repaired it I found out it had been broken the whole time. They will come and fix things when you complain but there are so many things that need to be updated/fixed. Lack of heat is not fixable I was told that's just how it is. The owner/contact person was nice but the lack of heat during the winter is unbearable and absurd when you pay an extra 300$ for utilities. Neighborhood was great very safe, 1min from Q train. Grocery and restaurants nearby. I'd try another place until everything here is cleaned/updated.
