Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I’m renting out my spare room in my 2 bed 2 bath duplex apartment for a few months. I’m rarely around since I have a studio in the city, so you’ll mostly have the full place to yourself. When I am around, I enjoy hosting game nights with my friends, but that might be only once a month if that.
