Hi everyone! Looking for a long-term subletter to live with from Dec 1 2026-May 31 2027 in my gorg Washington Heights apartment💫 I’m currently in grad school at NYU full time + work in marketing for a tech company outside of my Master’s program. I looove hosting and have friends over every week for DWTS/Traitors etc, but the weeknights are usually pretty chill outside of that because of my clinic/study/work schedule. Love going out when I have the time, trying workout classes in the city (I work at a barre studio on the weekends), and doing nails at home- will give u a bomb mani!! I used to do musical theatre and love going to bway shows too if that’s your vibe. Looking for someone early-mid 20s who is extremely clean (the common areas are usually kinda spotless but my room def gets messy haha), no pets, non-smoker, and preferably doesn’t have a fully WFH job. We def don’t need to be besties but I’d love to find someone where the personality match is there. This will be my 3rd year in the apt so the logistics are super easy on your end, and the room is already empty/move-in ready!
