We debuted in 2017. We provide our guests with comfortable, convenient, and flexible stays in a bustling and unique neighborhood. Our rooms showcase talent and work by some of New York's new artists. Our 4-story townhouse features modern fixtures and design touches to elevate your stay. You will enter using the passcode (no keys), so check-in and check-out with a no-brainer! Each Guest has a private room within the apartment; your room would be within the third-floor unit. This room comes fully furnished with: full-size bed+ bed frame, dresser, desk, full mirror, and fan. You would share the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom with two other solo travelers like yourself. All guests agree to our community standards, which include but are not limited to communal cleaning efforts, quiet hours, and no parties. -LGBTQ Friendly - Scenic views located a few blocks away on the waterfront parks. | Cleaning | The cleaning fee covered at check-out ensures that you arrive at a clean space to call home. While you may see your host tidy or replace paper goods throughout your stay, it is not their responsibility to offer any additional cleaning. After check-in, it is the guest's responsibility to clean up after themselves and maintain the common areas, which include the kitchen, dining area, bathroom and both the trash and recycling. Cleaning supplies and trash bags of all types are provided and can be found under the sink in each unit; composting units are available upon request. Each confirmed guest receives a copy of our shared and expected community standards & etiquette. Guests are encouraged to collaborate with each other to maintain a cleaning schedule. If any guest is unable to physically or otherwise contribute to cleaning, a cleaning can be scheduled at a fee. If a guest is found to repeatedly untidy, a fee or cancellation may be incurred.
