Two bedrooms are available to book on a weekly or monthly basis. The rooms are located on the 1st floor apartment of a townhouse inside a 3Bed/1Bath unit off Bedford Ave and N7th St; the train station is on our block. Perfect for students, professional or leisure travelers, those moving back to NYC and needing something flexible, and those who need to work from home. Details: - Rate Includes All Utilities (Internet, Heat, Electricity, Water) - The common areas will be shared with (1) other person (me!); this includes the kitchen and dining area. living room, and our private backyard garden. - Fully Furnished. Each room features a queen bed, desk, and clothing storage. - We have a gas stove + oven and a vintage fridge. The cabinets, pots, and spices are fully stocked. We also have a Nespresso, a toaster, a Nutribullet, a rice cooker, a microwave, and a juicer. - Paper goods, cleaning supplies, household supplies & tools (Iron, Blow dryer), and some toiletries are provided. - The apartment and room are cleaned before you check in and then cleaning becomes a communal effort for all throughout your stay. - We do not have laundry or parking on site, but there are options very very close by!
