Females only: I have furnished rooms in my basement in Forest Hills. It is a 20 minute walk to the E F M R subway lines and LIRR. Or you can take the bus that’s 3 blocks away to the subway (13 minute ride). This listing is for the smaller bedroom (Bedroom 1 in the floorplan). I’ll upload new photos soon showing the furniture and more angles. My husband and I will be upstairs with our own bathroom. You’ll share a bathroom with the other bedroom in the basement. There is a full kitchen and washer dryer upstairs (accessible from inside). There is also a second side entrance for more privacy. There is an outdoor pool that will be open in the summer!
