This makes finding a parking spot, if needed, much easier than 99.5% of blocks in Manhattan. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are two flight of stairs to the unit. There is no laundry in the apartment or building. But I can recommend a local spot that for same day wash and fold service that picks up and delivers.
