City Tower, Downtown Brooklyn May 15 – August 30 (flexible, prefer full-term) Female only Subletting my alcove studio for the summer. The unit faces northwest with a large window and open city view. The apartment comes fully furnished — full size bed, a queen size sofa bed, 55” TV, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Move-in ready. The location is super convenient — subway right downstairs (B/Q/R lines), one stop to Manhattan, around 15 minutes to NYU and about a 7-minute walk to NYU Tandon. Building amenities include a gym, basketball court, and study room. Right downstairs is City Point mall with Trader Joe’s and a movie theater. Nearby also has H&M, Adidas, and lots of food options (Korean, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, fast food, plus bubble tea like Mixue, Gong Cha, HeyTea). This is a personal sublet and the lease cannot be renewed since I will be coming back. If timing works, in-person viewing is available. About me: NYU junior, I’ll clean everything before moving out — the place is kept very clean. Looking for someone who is quiet and clean, preferably also a student. Feel free to message me!
