I am looking for someone to take over the end of my lease from December 1 - January 31. I need to move out of state for work. It is a large, private bedroom with a private full bathroom directly outside the door in the shared living room & kitchen. Roommates upstairs are a couple (M/F) in their 20s with 2 cats. Neighborhood is very laid back and quiet and the Ralph Avenue C station is a five minute walk away across no major roads.
