About

Hi there, and thank you for visiting our profile. We're Kaz and the CrossOver team, and we manage furnished monthly rentals and co-living homes across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. We have been hosting for over 15 years and are long-time Superhosts, and in that time we have welcomed more than 5,600 guests from 90 countries and earned over 1,900 reviews at a 4.78 average rating across 150+ rooms in NYC. What we do is simple: we give you a clean, fully furnished private room that is ready on day one, in a comfortable co-living home, at a fair, all-inclusive price. There is no complicated math and no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay, whether you stay one month or several. More than half of our guests choose to extend, so we always check in with current guests about extensions before we rebook a room. Your room comes ready to live in, with fast Wi-Fi, clean bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen, and our team cleans the shared kitchens and bathrooms every week so the common areas stay comfortable. For shared apartments, we introduce you to your future housemates before you book, so you always know who you will be living with. Above all, we prioritize your privacy. There are no required social events, just a quiet, secure, and respectful place to call home. And if you would like to meet people and grow your network, our team is always glad to help. We are a trust-centered team with deep experience, and we genuinely care about making your stay easy and comfortable.
