Subleasing a cozy furnished bedroom in a 2b1b 3-level brownstone walkup apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn Starting from 12.1.2026 to 3.31.2027 (end date flexible; could possibly end after 3.18.2027), but I'm looking for someone who can take the whole 4 months! You'll have one girl roommate and will be sharing a bathroom. Girl-only dorm; please clean up after yourself and be respectful of the space/furniture etc. Smoke-free, pet-free space. (Smoking is fine on the balcony) Utilities are covered; you'll have all the access to my dyson/air fryer/rice cooker/netflix...! Laundromat, supermarket, USPS are a block away. Since it's a small apartment, and I'll still keep some of my stuffs here, so not too much of a storage, but I'll clear up a clothing rack for you. (enough for 20 clothes & 20 pants) Please reach out if you have any question:)
