You can rent either one bedroom or both! The apartment is conveniently located on 108th Street, just a 5-minute walk from the 1 train at 110th Street and a 10-minute walk from the A/B/C trains. It is also close to Riverside Park and just a 10-minute walk from Central Park. There are plenty of grocery stores within a 5-minute walk, including Westside Market, H Mart, Hashi Market, and CVS, as well as great restaurants, lively bars, and lots of places to explore in the neighborhood. The apartment is fully furnished and features in-unit washer and dryer, an elevator in the building, and WiFi. A cleaning fee applies, and a refundable security deposit is required. The apartment will be shared with two other female Columbia undergraduate students. We are looking for responsible, clean, and considerate female subtenants. No pets or smoking allowed.
