Hi!! My roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take her spot in our super cozy apartment on Elizabeth Street 🤍 It’s truly the best location — right in Nolita/SoHo, super central, walkable, and so close to the subway, which has honestly been a huge plus for me. The apartment gets so much natural light and has a fire escape that’s so nice to sit out on, especially when the weather is nice. It really has such a cozy NYC feel and I’ve absolutely loved living here. The apartment is a 4th-floor walk-up. There’s no washer/dryer in the building, but there’s a super clean and affordable laundromat literally right across the street. There’s also no dishwasher, so I’m someone who tends to clean up as I go and not leave dishes sitting in the sink, and would love someone who’s similar! Looking for someone to move in early to mid-November. I’m really just looking for someone who will make the space feel complete and enjoy the apartment and neighborhood as much as I do!

Outside of work, I’m usually going out with friends, working out, or taking long walks, usually at night. I’m out of the apartment pretty often, so it will feel pretty open and spacious a lot of the time.
