Co-Living Requirements • This is a shared co-living home. During the booking/application process, all residents will be asked a few brief questions about themselves and their lifestyle to help ensure a good fit for the household. • Since this is a shared co-living environment, all residents must provide a clear color photo of a valid, unexpired photo ID for identity verification, (that is either a driver’s license or passport that has at minimum 6 months remaining before expiration). • Under New York rules, anyone staying for longer than 30 days is considered a legal tenant, and is therefore required to sign a lease directly with the landlord/management and pass a background and credit check. The lease will contain the same rules outlined in this listing’s House Rules. • Anyone staying for longer than 30 days who has low or poor credit may be asked to provide a security deposit and/or a guarantor/co-signer. Any security deposit collected will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. • All residents must review and follow the House Rules to maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable shared living environment. • Failure to complete the required ID verification, lease documentation, background/credit screening, or required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of occupancy.
