Super bright/ south facing and around 800 square feet, it's the perfect spot for a temporary stay in the city that's comfortable and an amazing location. A few key details: - The unit is in a high rise with an elevator + 24 hour doorman and security. - The apartment is fully equipped with wifi, a 60" TV, dishwasher and air conditioning/ heating. - Located right near the Hotel Chelsea. Tons of good restaurants + bars all around you and most major subway lines (C/E, F/M, N/Q and 1) are all a 5 minute walk away. - There is a Whole Foods opposite the building at 24th/7th. - 15 mins walk to Madison Park, Flatiron District and the West Village. Genuinely the best location for being central. - Laundry in the building (full washroom with 10+ washers and dryers). - Multiple gyms (Equinnox, Lifetime and Crunch) a 5 minute walk away. Looking for someone super clean and respectful to sublet from me from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Only ask is that you water the plants every Sunday.
