We are looking to rent out short-term our furnished 1-bedroom apartment. Our home is on a charming brownstone street. It faces the back away from the road, so it is very quiet and is surrounded by trees. The cost is inclusive of all utilities. The apartment is furnished, with a bed in both the bedroom and the living room. If you would like one of the mattresses to be packed up, we can do that for you before you arrive. 1 minute from the B, C subway line and 9 minutes from the 1 line. We are two minutes away from Central Park, which is a huge reason we love living here. Near to several restaurants, cafes and groceries.
